前台姓杜的小姐姐，非常好，靈活度很高，明事理，通人情。酒店的早餐很豐富，很好吃，特別是配備了活潤酸奶，這個牌子可以説是精挑細選的。另外牛肉麪口味也很好。

房間比鄰美食街吃東西很方便，房內空間也夠大，設備齊全設施還是比較新，衞生也不錯，就是隔音效果一般，其他都還好。

非常不滿意的體驗。硬件條件一般就罷了（iptv電視卡頓，中央空調壞了，要個油汀要了兩天）。服務更實在是差，尤其是前台，是沒培訓過就上崗嘛？客房晚上發出異常噪音，你給前台打電話，她不是想着為客户解決問題，而是各種裝聾賣傻和反問，最後還推給大堂經理，大堂經理更有趣，接到電話的反應是我已經下班了，找我幹嘛！好不容易盼來了工程部大哥，***。還得給攜程客服小哥哥贊一個，是小哥幫忙迅速的協調更換了房間。這破酒店在縣城的房價也去不算低了，服務實在是噩夢。

酒店對於這個價格來説裝修不錯，但是整個酒店前台，以及保安，我的天吶，好傢伙跟佔他們便宜似的，保安跟大爺一樣，門口兩腿一坐，進的時候沒戴口罩，問酒店有沒有，直接沒有，又跑出去以及買了，明明一大堆口罩放那給你睜眼説瞎話，那個前台就感覺像買包煙一樣，給身份證，給房卡，問問題也是極其不耐煩，4.7的評分我都不知道哪裡來的，綜合評價三分左右

沒什麼感覺都還好，對我們這種出差睡一晚上的人來説，床舒服安靜衞生有早餐就好，希望前台辦理快點，站了20多分鐘都還沒辦好。
