It takes about 40 minutes to take a taxi from Hallasan Mountain Seongbanak Entrance, Udo, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak and Seopjikoji. The one-way cost is about 150 RMB. The whole journey is very fast and convenient via Uber. I went to Jeju Island on November. The weather was neither cold nor hot. It rained occasionally and stopped after a while.
