My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . What a super hotel! Bright, clean and modern. With the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. Room was spotless, quiet and beds comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. What was there not to like! Perfect for our trip - I shall be back for sure.

Never expected such experience with Ramada branded property. Looks new in the photos, seems to be old & not maintained properly. Door locks, cub boards, fittings need a make over. I stayed for 2 days, 2nd Day Morning there was no Hot water in the shower & they could not fix it, i had to rush for my meeting & had to take bath in cold water. Toiletry supplies were not refilled on 2nd day of Stay. More importantly, i have a big doubt about their sanitization process. I seriously feel that, they have not sanitized the rooms well. Few days after I stayed in this Hotel, i got symptoms & tested for Covid Positive. Though I cant 100% say that, this is the cause, but the way they are maintaining, it is very much possible. Checkout was also got delayed, despite of me telling them 10 mins in advance to make the invoice ready. There is no enough parking space in the Portico, so my pick up car had to take a few rounds before they complete my checkout. For sure, I dont recommend this property & I will never stay again here.

We were traveling from US and vising family in Jalandhar. We thought Ramada brand was somewhat known although we never stared there in the US. Given the limited options besides the local hotels, we booked a non-smoking room. When we checked into the room, it was full of smoke stink. The staff was kind to change the room when we shared the feedback but it took them a while to get us the new room. After a long journey, we were just sitting and waiting for our room to be ready and after 25 minutes, we were moved. As we were unwinding into this new room, we saw a person walk by our balcony and we were all like, what? Turned out there was construction going on next door, and there was a big hole in the wall. The access point for workers were through our balcony. Instead of complaining again and waiting for another 30 minutes for a different room, we decided to manage our expectations. It would have been nice if we knew about this ahead of time. We had to close the curtains through our stay, felt like we were somewhere in the basement with no natural light. The furnishing were as if someone armature assembled it. There was no way to know how the doors to the cabinets were to open, no knobs or area to hold the door to open, or which side the door will open. Although it was marked as a suite, the finish was of a low level motel. They only had to shower towels for a party of 3, no iron in the room and so on. After we checked out, we were well on our way by the time I realized that I forgot my Airpods pro in the room. I called the hotel and they told me they will look for it can call me back in a few hours. I told them I can see the Airpods on my iPhone (find my device) to be at the hotel. After waiting for about 3 hours, I called back and was told they did not find it and accused me of leaving it somewhere else, not in the hotel. I can still see the Airpods pro in the hotel through find my device as of this writing – one week after we checked out and back in US now. Meeting family in Jalandhar was the only high of our trip there, everything else was a disaster. Never ever would I stay in this Hotel in the future or recommend anyone to try it out.

The hotel building, ambience, lawns etc. are spacious and have the old world charm The interiors have been done beautifully and very artistic retaining that look. The banquets rooms, restaurants, corridors, staircase etc. again impress you with their elegant furniture, paintings, mirrors etc. The food again was delicious and so was the presentation. Special word of appreciation for the front desk managers, M/s. Ujwal, Kapil and Davendra for their smiling and very helpful attitude. They are real assets Overall experience has been excellent and am sure to visit the place again sometime soon.
