Its so clean, love the idea and concept of the residence! Strategic area, walking distance to a few numbers of resto and marts. The only thing is the mosquitoes. Appreciate if you guys can do something about. Its TOO many ☹️ LOVED THE ROOFTOP! Husband & i enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the great hospitality.

If there are needs around rscm, this place is really okay. It's really cheap in this apk. This top is x to the 2nd stays here, but it's another place, but it's better than that. However, if you see this, you can't be satisfied because there is nothing less. But because I was staying at the moment, I saw it myself, the room was very suitable with poto, anyway, the service was also top
DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro

All the food, including breakfast, is excellent, and the staff's service is very satisfying. The swimming pool was fun and made good memories. I stayed with my family for my birthday. I didn't get the birthday service I requested.ㅜㅜ However, the request for a quiet room was accepted, and there was no noise inconvenience caused by the guest, but I was unable to sleep throughout the stay due to the sound of prayer. If you want to feel the local area of Indonesia, not the city center, choose here.

Nice to know a hotel with great initiatives on sustainability. Novotel really did great in reducing single use plastic for our event. They also have lots of low carbon food options. Thanks for Ms. Brenda, Mr. Zenko and the rest of the Novotel team for providing great support for our event.

Jakarta transferred to this hotel. Facilities: General, environment: General, surrounded by the main road, there may be some noisy, there are many nearby, but you have to cross a few roads. Overall recommendation is average.

The rooms are clean and nice, unfortunately the pillows are thin and the structure is uneven and the bed sheets are really worn out so it's not comfortable to sleep. As for the service, there have been several reports of the soap running out after checking out and no handling
