This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Because I had a good experience the first time I stayed, I chose this hotel again this time. But this time I was very dissatisfied with my stay. When we checked in, we told the front desk that we wanted a quieter room because there were children and pregnant women. However, the front desk gave us a smoking room. We didn't know it at first, but we ended up checking in. One day later, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We thought it was strange, so we called the front desk. The front desk helped us remove the cigarette smell. Later we found out that the floor we stayed in was a smoking room! Why are children and pregnant women given rooms on the smoking floor? Is this intentional? Or is it because I am Chinese? As a Ctrip Black Diamond user, this is my first time to give a negative review to a hotel! I will never stay at this hotel again in the future, nor will I recommend it to my friends! !

Overall, 6.5/10. Plus 1. Strategic location for a person planning to hang out in South Jakarta 2. The room is spacious even for 3 people and somehow clean 3. A fridge is available 4. Smart TV 5. It designed well so that the sun lighten my room in the morning. 6. There is a balcony, so someone with a concern for air circulation would like it Minus 1. I am the spotless type, so stains on the floor and wall disturbed me 2. The bathroom was a bit smelly, but still tolerable 3. There is no green scenery to enjoy from my room 4. Errr the curtain was too transparent
