The hotel is located near the airport, about 15 minutes' drive from the jacksonville landing on the St. John's River in the city center. It is more convenient to drive! However, the check-in time at the front desk is super long and the average guest is more than 10 minutes, free parking, the hotel is relatively long but the maintenance is OK, Lu Su Lei said that the price is still relatively high, but the city is a little darker!

Hotel location is good, the surrounding business district is very developed, eating and shopping are very convenient, standard American hotel, twin bed with two children are not crowded. Very recommended.

The environment and facilities are complete, much better than the first day. There is a rich breakfast. The front desk staff is very friendly. The staff kindly guided us the way, which is quite considerate.

The hotel facilities were satisfactory. However, the hotel did not fully communicate the reservation status. Although it was an appointment with breakfast, the hotel did not include breakfast, and the settlement for breakfast was made. Later, I was able to cancel the breakfast payment by grasping that the breakfast payment was made separately, showing the voucher and asking for cancellation of the breakfast payment. I don't know where the system is problematic, but the reservation situation was uncomfortable due to the problem that the hotel was not connected properly.

Fly the next day in New York. Staying one night the night is good! Have free shuttle

I can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.
