Price,cleanliness,quietness, every single staff member was kind, and the breakfast was great! We came in right before breakfast was over and we didn't just get picked over left overs what was out was fresh and the whole area was extremely clean but we were asked what can I make for you! You will not be upset with choosing this Best Western.

The owner Mike works in the hotel. He’s a very personable person and enjoyable to talk to. The hotel is being renovated and the renovated room I had was outstanding! It was quiet and very clean. Donna in the breakfast area was super nice! She made us an omelette and it was outstanding! It was so good that I was talking about it later that day. If you’re in Jackson and need a place to stay, go to the BW!

All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and room quality was great. would highly recommend. The breakfast and other amenities were great as well as the wifi and really like the fact that it is all one level and you can park right in front of your room. VERY convenient.

Check in was amazing, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay

This is by far the nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in. I never stay in motels with outside doors bc as a woman I feel unsafe but at the Best Western here in Jackson, Al it has definitely met all expectations of what a motel should be. The staff is so amazing. They treat you as if you are family and not just someone staying at the motel. Housekeeping is on point. The lady who was my housekeeper was so friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast lady cooked for me on the spot so the food was always hot when it was served. The first morning I was there I didn’t know that the breakfast lady was off on Mondays and walked down to the breakfast room and when I noticed she was off I just grabbed a coffee and banana and went back to my room. When I got back to my room my phone rang and it was the front desk asking if I wanted a breakfast sandwich. After I said yes she said she would call me when it was ready. She called and I walked to the front desk and they literally ordered me breakfast from the local restaurant in town. SO SWEET! The owner, he is on his stuff!!! I can not say enough about how attentive he is. He is an amazing, hands on owner who is here every day making sure everything is up to par. The owner is doing remodeling. Although I think it’s really nice already, he wants it to be the best. The rooms even smell good. When you walk in there’s an office area and on the opposite side it’s a kitchen area. There is a wall between the office and the bedroom so you can’t see the bed when you open the door. Loved that! The bathroom was also very clean and the vanity was so large I had room to put all of our personal belongings with no problem. Another thing that melted my heart was the way they treated my dog. They were so sweet to her. At breakfast the owner walked in and walked back out. When I got to the sidewalk he popped his head out and said I thought I had a dog treat for your puppy but I’m sorry I don’t. It was totally the thought that was so sweet. As you can see I could go on and on about this establishment but honestly you should come for a visit and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed 😊 thank y’all for making me feel so welcomed. I honestly can’t say anything negative about this Best Western.

Great Hotel. Very nice and clean and the staff is so kind. I would stay here again Very nice upgraded rooms and easy check in and out. The breakfast was great and the price for this hotel was good. Great location in Jackson

Overall very pleased with property. Rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was made fresh as needed each morning. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Jackson.

Nice clean setup. I had a work station and it was almost like having 2 rooms and the AC didn’t blow right on me all night but I was plenty cool. It was nice to have my car 10ft from the door. Room was very clean and had everything I needed.
