The hotel was very clean! The staff was very helpful and premature. The breakfast was perfectly OK. All there is what you need for breakfast.. At least, come back! Each floor was different color!! Very spent!!

Schon der erste Eindruck war sehr schlecht. Unfreundliches Personal am Empfang keine anständige Begrüßung. Habe 4 tage dort genächtigt und weder beim verlassen noch beim wieder betreten wurde man begrüßt oder verabschiedet das Personal hat einen konsequent ignoriert. Ich habe erst ein exquisites Zimmer gehabt mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, die man aber leider nicht genießen konnte weil die Fenster so verdreckt waren. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr kahl und die möbel schon sehr alt den Preis nicht wert leider. Die junior Suite war angenehmer und bequemer, mit blick auf die Straße. Das putzpersonal hat relativ gute Arbeit geleistet allerdings war es eher oberflächlich und die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt aber die damen waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok kein aufwendiges Ereignis Standard Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl aber schöner Aussicht. Das personal dort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend im Gegensatz zur Rezeption. Im großen und ganzen würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Das einzig tolle ist die Lage des Hotels aber für den Preis kann man auch ein anderes Hotel Buchen was hochwertiger ist und sauberer. In der Umgebung sind nämlich sehr viele Hotels.

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

I booked the hotel via ETS. The hotel appears in the accommodation but not in the press office. Unfortunately, it is just under the press office. Basmane was İstanbul's Tarlabasa. The location is not a place to stay in family. We split two rooms. We couldn't open the air conditioning. There was a very bad smell from the air conditioning. There was a bad smell in the rooms. We had to sleep open in the night. We didn't sleep in it in the street no screams. We spent the night very nervous. Besides it was the hotel clean. The bathroom, the nephremy and the towels were quite clean, but unfortunately I don't prefer it again.

Thank you very much for the staff of this hotel! We stayed with the family from 03.06.2023-04.06.2023. We chose the hotel by accident, almost the first caught. We provided free of charge for the car. In the morning we found that the wheel was down. Together with the porter, they were looking for a compressor in the nearby hotels. They tried to change the wheel on their own, but eventually helped to call the car to the hotel. And separate thanks for the small present. Thanks for attention, understanding and help!! The staff has been extremely professional in coping with their tasks despite their difficulty!

The location of the hotel is very central The employees are very polite. Kaan at the reception was very nice Our room view was great The only thing missing was that I called room service 3 times at night and they did not answer. I think there is no room service But it is a clean, quiet and decent hotel I like the employees very much, they are respectful It's also great that they don't require a deposit at the entrance.

Even though there was a problem with the room reservation, they upgraded our room and gave us another room. As a result, we did not suffer, thank you. I would also like to thank the employees who tried to fulfill our requests immediately.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.
