A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

The hotel is very centrally located. Garden inside the hotel and the swimming pool are stunning. Room is clean n staff are polite.

The best location of the city. Great hotel and service. Good quality. Hotel parking requires extra payment daily. It is a landmark hotel of the city. The room had Nespresso machine.

Unorganized and slow service they disturb you when do not disturb sign is on the door to see if you ok which defeats the purpose!! Classes where cut in gym because Turkish holiday taking away something that should be included especially when paying that amount! The key card kept not working and the room phone

Everything with the hotel was great except for the service at the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Other than that everything was on point! The hotel was super clean and surrounded with amazing restaurants

Very nice hotel in Izmir. Comfortable environment and luxury equipment.

The 'basic' rooms are terribly noisy and the guests are super snob and disrespectful. People slam with doors and the reception doesn't care even dough we complained none was done to prevent more nuisance. Staff is bored and uninterested.

Hello everyone, Really really amazing location, so huge so kindnesses and hospitality. Everything was good. I am used to travel a lot. Many times in Swissotel Istanbul. But now I am staying in Istanbul and I love this hotel. I am planning to come for the summer. Need your help for 5 days Swissotel and 2 days alaçati and 5 days in Antalya. See you then
