We booked on the internet with my wife. We went to the hotel. The staff at the reception didn't show any gulery, but also asked for a lot of charge. However, we waited for the room we went out to the room was beyond shame. So someone left and closed the door. The cleaners entered the room and was cleaned. There were plates with food boxes in the box. The bed boxes were covered with a stick. The room smelled from dust and was bad. The bathroom was wet towels with empty champagne boxes with hair cords. They said there were no other double rooms so we waited for it to be cleaned. The street was very terrific. We entered the room at 6 p.m. and we never went out again. There was no breakfast. The food on the buffet was reduced, but some of the food was not added. There was a hair cord inside the egg bread. There is no household or normal bread. When it was 13.00, they started to screw our door when you're going out. I'll never stay in such a place again. The street is full of Syrians. Not at all safe.

It's a very nice and cozy apartment that ensures you everything you need for a really good one-night stay. Everything was well managed and all the staff was ready to help in every one moment. There's a big room and a kitchenette, equipped with all necessary utensils. The beds are big and good for sleep, the bathroom is small but quite comfortable. We felt welcome and were treated like dear friends. The breakfast was the traditional Turkish one that we like: soft bread, butter, olives, boiled egg, tomatoes, cucmbers, cheese, jam, honey, simid /traditional Turkish pretzel/ and turkish tea. Thanks a lot to all the staff that was so kind to us!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

I'm traveling too much for my job. I've got a different place for a little bit of opposition. I saw this on the internet. The rooms smell clean, the ladles smell like a smooth. The hotel has a poor breakfast! Some are also super unpalatable! After staying for 3 days, there is no daily water supply. The hotel is very small and has a rectangular layout. The TV set is quite big, there is no parking lot nearby, and valet parking is needed. They parked the car quite far away and asked for a tip. I gave it 10 lire/each time. This hotel was very angry. At that time, I booked more than 300 nights. I told me that my friends could not stay together. They needed more money, more than 120 a night... Anyway, it's not worth it. Opposite is the Grand Bazaar, you can stroll around. The hotel photo was taken at that time and then deleted... Sorry, I can’t share it...
