The hotel was clean, and the owner and all the staff were very kind.
As it was a bit of a distance to my next accommodation, I asked if I could leave my carry-on bag somewhere so I could go sightseeing, and they were happy to help me.
I stayed for two nights, and felt safe and comfortable.

Balpetek is the best you can ask for if you're visiting Instanbul! The reception staff is so kind and gentle and helped us in any way they could. It was an amazing stay for sure, and in Fatih, a very good location with most historical marks at walking distance. Thank you very much guys for such a lovely stay we had with you!

This hotel was very good, people working here where very hospitable, rooms where clean and quite and it was very close to everything such as tram line and other things . The actual room was really nice, clean and the beds were really comfy. Will come again!
