They are so friendly and helpful especially Hamza!! We are really appreciated to stay with them. There was a horrible stories about the old staff called Tarkan! He cheated many guests but the real owner of the hotel took the all responsibilities and refund everyones loss. Congratulations. We will meet again.

I have booked this hotel and before our check-in to the hotel, they have charged my credit card for several transactions. When complaining with the hotel owner, I've been screamed at and decided to cancel my stay at the hotel. Luckily I was able to recover my money via *********** but this hotel is basically a fraud.

Owner not to be trusted. Double charged us as well. What out. Breakfast in tiny space on ground floor. Only 2 tables. Cold meat and cheese on a plate. 1 cereal. No fruit, fresh milk , bread or bottled water. Rooms do not have lift access, small, nicely decorated, tiny bathrooms. You can do better.

I booked with *********** and the hotel charged me two additional payments for the entire stay on my credit card. I'm trying hard to get my money back. A really bad experience! I've been to dozens of hotels and this has never happened to me. :-(

It's a family-run, new boutique hotel in the Istiklal/Taksim/Beyoglu area. Very conveniently located in a hip/artsy area with a wide array of cool shops, restaurants, bars, etc. I've been to quite a few neighbourhoods in Istanbul and this is by far my favourite. Though the hotel is small and doesn't have an elevator, the rooms are decent-sized, well-designed, modern and clean. The two cousins and their aunt running this place are kind, super friendly and helpful. We felt as though we were staying with good friends. Really couldn't have asked for better hosts. Breakfast is simple but sufficient to start your day and includes cheese, bread, olives, cold-cuts, boiled eggs, fruits, drinks and homemade cakes by the aunt. On our last day she also made cheese borek and it was heavenly! We were hesitant to book at first because of the limited reviews (it is a new hotel, after all) but we're so glad this turns out to be such a wonderful, positive experience. When we go back to Istanbul we'll for sure stay here again.

Welcoming was great, bed was really comfy, and location is great (pretty quiet considering the neighborhood). Overall, it is a very good value stay. However, in order to reach the very high guest rating mentioned in your website, I believe these details should be considered: - Amenities: two mini samples (refilled) of supposetly shower gel and shampoo and no indications of which is which. - If you are above 180cm tall, shower is not suitable, and that is a real discomfort. - Visible dust cumulation (alongside the wall and corner) - Breakfast area: one small table and a fix sofa for the wall place? Of course you can take your plate and drinks and go to top floor terrace (5 steep stairs to climb with full hands including hot beverage... Try it, it's fun!) but you still have only one table... I don't mean to be picky, but considering the hight rating and its boutique size, I would have expect more concerns about details. It is still a very nice place to stay but, obviously, i wouldn't give it a near-to-perfection note.

Friendly staff and very cozy and historical clean and very comfortable, it's the first hotel how has a working netflix on there TV i highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back 😊
