The worst hotel that I ever stayed, bad smel, the staff are nice, but the hotel horrible

The facilities are really not good. After two days of living here, there was a constant noise from somewhere and I didn't sleep well. I was very cautious when moving in.

Good location, clean room, delicious fresh breakfast every day. Perfect 👌

The location is good except that it is on a hilly road.

Stayed for 20 days, except for the computer desk, which felt dark without lamps, everything else was good. Buffet breakfast, friendly staff, shower head that was so powerful that hair fell out, overall very comfortable

I’ve booked a room for one week.and I wasn’t happy with it at all. First day I found a small bug 🐛 on my bed, plus a long hair. And the shower is so bad . I had to go back to the reception and asked them to clean it. I think my room was not clean before I was checking in. And I had breakfast only once the whole week

I have been many times in Istanbul because of my job Its the most cost effective hotel in istanbul And all the staffs are great Especially mohammad The receptionist He is a lovely guy And he is so helpful And ali as well They are all good guys Nice hotel overall

It was really bad.. And staff didnt be off any help.. Due language problem

The host was very courteous and welcomed us with so much warm. The rooms are clean and spacious.

So bad service, so dirty, walls are like papers (you hear everything from upstairs or near your room), water is warm not hot, + the street of the hotel is not safe, and it is far from taksim about 15 mins, so you will not he comfortable to get back to the hotel at 12/1 o’clock for example.
