The guest service agents at the Front desk had all exceptional customer service. The hotel location is a bit far from the local attractions, but we used UBER a lot and it was not very expensive and very easy to get a car. Around the hotel you will find many restaurants and shopping malls. Housekeeping attendants very professional and our room was cleaned on a daily basis and replenished with bathroom amenities, water bottles, coffee and tea. We were offered breakfast every morning beautiful variety of many options. I would certainly recommend this property for the open space of the main lobby area and hotel cleanliness.

An excellent hotel, close to the square and Istiklal Street in minutes, and all services are available around it, from restaurants, grocery stores, or barbershops. The car enters and the area is safe and secure. All thanks to the hotel staff from brother Ibrahim Ma Qasr and the hotel manager, Mr. Amrallah.. Thank you, thank you, for the respect, attention, and hospitality. They treated us as if they were their family... just a little thank you... and a hotel I would recommend for families or individuals, and breakfast is available. We will return, God willing

🚗 Transportation: It takes 30 minutes to take a taxi from ist airport, and the price is about 250 liras. 🧹Sanitation: The room feels a bit smoky, but the overall hygiene is not bad. 🍃Environment: The environment is quite high-end 🔔Service: The service is a bit uncomfortable, a waiter took me to the room, gave 5 lire as a small tip, and asked me for a 5 euro tip, and kept talking to me in my room for a long time, the waiter spoke English In general, just keep repeating, 5 lire is very little, ask me if I know it is 5 lire and not 5 euros.

the reception staff was exceptional especially Tunc, as for the housekeeping i believe they are not as professional as they should be since our kettle was full of nescafe when we checked in. luckily Tunc was kind and made sure we got a clean one :)

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. The best hotel I have ever stayed in! Awesome responsive and attentive staff! Thank you very much to the staff, special thanks to Jan and Furkan! Children are good! Comfortable and clean rooms, with new furniture, comfortable beds and delicious breakfasts, cleaned rooms every day, changed towels, changed bed every three days. They were very happy!
