Hotels near El Hierro Airport, Isla de el Hierro

We stayed for a week and what a find. El Hierro was fabulous as was the hotel. We have been to La Gomera on numerous occasions but never to El Hierro. It was a challenge to get here involving two flights, a taxi transfer between airports and a hire car to the hotel. We arrived very tired but were welcomed in by Joanna, who was excellent throughout our week's stay. She was always willing to chat and always welcomed us back each day and asked us where we had been. The hotel location was excellent, we fell asleep each night to the sound of crashing waves. The bathroom could do with some updating and parts of the hotel could do with some tlc. The food was very good although the menu never changed throughout the week we were there. Overall everything was great and we had a wonderful holiday😃😃😃

I was on site in January 23 for 3 nights. The accommodation is a small unit led by a family. These are all very nice and the chef of the house also speaks good English and always cares about hungry guests for breakfast :-). The location is ideal, close to the supermarket or even bus stops. For the car rental is enough room on the street in front of the house. The facility is very clean and the room was cleaned daily. The environment is very quiet. Only the walls are very thin so that you hear the snarch of the neighbors. Good shower. Breakfast costs € 7.50 and consists of a small delicious buffet. Also a omelet is freshly prepared on request. To do it, orange juice and coffee. For the price and location the accommodation is very good to explore El Hierro. I can only report good to the thin walls!
