Five minutes walk from Maseato beach and from the bus station to the city center and airport, the hotel is very convenient for a beach holiday. Around the hotel, however, there aren't many dining options, and the city center is 2.5 kms away.
Room is very basic but overall this was a good stay for 2 nights.

短期·長期どちらの滞在にも適しています。立地は市街地から少し離れていますが、ANAコンチネンタル石垣のすぐ側(徒歩３分)なので、空港からのバスも便利、市街地行きのバスも便利です。また、ANAインターコンチネンタルの夜の花火もバッチリ見え、年明け、元旦花火を楽しみました！
基本的なアメニティはしっかりあり、ベッドもとても良かったです！お風呂の湯船も広く、足をのばせて入れたのも良かったです！
早めに予約し、年末年始またがっての宿泊でしたが、３泊二人で18000円超えない破格で宿泊できました！
沖縄はコロナでレンタカーが激減したのか、予約困難だったので、５日間のみちくさフリーパス(2000円)を購入しました！(１日だと1000円)空港往復だけで500円超えるので、市街地経由で川平湾にも行けたし、かなりお得なチケットです！地図アプリでバスの時刻も検索できる今の時代、観光するにも不便はなかったです。
ANAコンチネンタル石垣ではないバス停は徳洲会病院前(ホテルから徒歩10分弱)があります。こちらも空港線なので、空港行き&市街地行きに便利でした！

The property itself is very nice with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine in the room and a communal dryer guests could use. The staff working there was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the property is very near another hotel, which a city bus stops at regularly, so it was very convenient to catch the bus from the nearby location.
A very beautiful beach is also very accessible from the property with the water even being visible from the balcony.
There is only staff there certain hours, so at checkout we were responsible for dropping our key in a box. The receptionist told us that would be the case, but merely pointed in the direction of the box without showing us where it was specifically, so we had a small bit of panic the day we checked out, being unsure where to drop the key. It wasn’t a big deal, but I would advise you to check where it is before it comes down to crunch time.
The biggest drawback for us was that, although they have a very nice kitchenette in the room, if you want to use any utensils or pans it costs ¥1000 PER DAY. This seems unreasonably high to me. I would gladly have rented a set for ¥1000 for our STAY, but ¥1000 every single day was too much in my opinion.

Kinjo-san has experienced this on other islands. 1000 yen for parking is expensive here. I was in a room not facing the sea. There were about 20 ants. Other rooms seem to be mostly occupied by long-term guests. There is a lot of traffic, so the windows cannot be opened. The bathtub is large and good. I also like the bed mattress and pillow. The dryer on the second floor is open until 10pm.

部屋にキッチン、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があり長期間滞在するのに便利であった。また、徒歩圏内に遊泳可能なビーチ、スーパーやダイソー等のショップ、マクドナルド・大戸屋等の飲食店がある事も良かった。
不満点としてはエレベーターの匂いがカビ臭かった事、真上の部屋の音（椅子をズラす音？）がハッキリと聞こえた事。
