The most annoying thing about this hotel is the poor light blocking ability of the rooms. There are no blackout curtains, so your sleep is disturbed at dawn in the morning. The next annoying thing was checking in. The hotel was unmanned, so you were forced to check in by yourself by entering your details into the machine, but for some reason, even if you entered your reservation number as instructed on the screen, or the phone number you used when making the reservation, it was not accepted at all, and I ended up protesting by phone, and was finally able to check in. Incidentally, there was no information on the reservation review screen in advance that the hotel was unmanned. If I had known from the beginning that it was unmanned, I would not have chosen this hotel. I hope that the operators of this reservation site will improve this lack of important information in the future. The third annoying thing was the low temperature of the water for the shower and bathtub in the bathroom. I looked everywhere for the water temperature control device but couldn't find it, and gave up on the first day because I was late taking a bath. I called again the next day to protest, and was told that the temperature control device was located next to the guest room entrance, far away from the bathroom. If it's in such a ridiculous location, why don't they give some kind of information to the customer? In the first place, why do they have to set such a low temperature as the default in the first place? The guest rooms are relatively spacious, have facilities such as a range and a water heater, and are right in front of the bus stop, so it's a shame that the basic points of a lodging facility as mentioned above are not provided, even though there are many good points.

There is a famous beach called Maezato nearby, so it is convenient for swimming and playing. There are two large supermarkets (San-A and Max Value) within a 12-13 minute walk, so it is convenient for shopping. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant and a ramen shop 100 meters from the hotel, and if you walk a little further, there are creative cuisine restaurants and rice restaurants, so it is not inconvenient for eating out. It offers all the usual hotel services, so it can be said to be one of the more comprehensive hotels of its class. There are few types of breakfast, but the taste is decent and it is enough to hold your appetite. The only complaint I have is the size of the room; even if three beds fit in, there is not enough space to open up a suitcase.

The facilities and amenities were new and perfect. There was a USB port next to the bed. AirPlay was also possible. Netflix was not available. The bathroom had a small step between the room and the bathroom. There was indirect lighting. Breakfast was a buffet with not many varieties, but it was enough. There were many good points such as coin laundry, lockers that can be used before and after checking out, and free parking. There was also a video of exercises. The room faced the parking lot, so people could peek into us and taxis would pull up next to us, so there was no privacy at all, and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time, as if the room had no windows.

It is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk ３ minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks! The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it! I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for ３ nights! I bought a ５ day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (１ days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing. The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!

If you want to fly to Ishigaki Island, you need to transfer in Naha. You have to pick up your luggage by yourself, and then go to the domestic flight to check in. You need to reserve at least two hours. The Intercontinental is still satisfactory as always. It is very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus. There is also a beach service for stargazing at 21:00.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel in Ishigaki and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is in the city center, the design is very strong, there is an atrium office area on the first floor and the second floor, the facilities are also very complete, the kitchen and laundry facilities are complete. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, but the fly in the ointment was that there was no toilet in the twin room, there was no slippers in the room, the bedding was not very good, the mattress was too soft, the curtains were not shaded, and it felt uncomfortable when sleeping. People who pay more attention to the quality of sleep may be a bit uncomfortable, which needs attention. Overall, it is more suitable for young people who travel and come out to settle down.

I stayed here on the last day after staying in Ishigaki Island for 4 days. I chose this place because I saw reviews saying that the breakfast here is delicious. The breakfast is really great. There are sashimi and Ishigaki beef. There are many kinds of breakfast and it is delicious. In the evening The mini bar is free from 6 to 8 o'clock, and there are many types of Japanese wine. The hotel is just an ordinary hotel, nothing special. The location is really convenient. You can go to the pier to the seafood market and eat basically It can be done within 15-30 minutes on foot, and there are all delicious restaurants nearby. Next time I have the chance, I will stay in the hotel for a delicious breakfast.
