A top hotel with a difference... very intimate and attentive, from check in to check out. Excellent cuisine and a very exclusive wine list and very courteous staff, ski in, ski out! Pure lifestyle! You can reach everything from the hotel on foot. Lots of art, very modern, just something different!

This has to be if not the best five star hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying within Europe. Immaculately presented, service is next level (from everyone), food and drinks superb. Three friends and I stayed half board and the choice of food on the evenings was excellent, the taste was amazing and the service even better. The spa/ pool area is fantastic and a lovely way to end you day after a hard days skiing. Recommend the massage treatments. I would happily give this hotel/ staff six stars if I could! Well done to everyone who works here and is involved in this wonderful establishment, credit to you all. Many many hotels/ chains need to come to this place and see what an actual five star hotel offers. Highly highly recommended and definitely will return. Thank you.

Another excellent stay in the Elizabeth. The hotel is ideally situated opposite the main gondola and it’s only a short walk into the centre of Ischgl. Rooms are modern and spacious, The restaurant serves delicious and innovative food. The staff here are excellent and do their very best to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. Unfortunately I had a skiing accident this year and everybody was wonderfully helpful, from ordering taxis to the local clinic and arranging icepacks to be brought to the room at regular intervals. Claudia, head receptionist, even used a translation system to print out English versions of the German documentation I had been given at the hospital. It’s a very chic hotel with wonderful modern artwork everywhere. Lots of beautiful arrays of flowers, the two huge vases of alliums next to the restaurant were so effective. Frau Aloys, who owns the hotel, is very welcoming and is always there in the evenings talking to guests and making sure that all is as it should be. First class hotel - do stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Without hesitation we booked again into this fabulous hotel via Cystal Ski. As we liked our room on the sixth-floor last time, I emailed the hotel a few weeks before our arrival requesting suite 608 again. This was granted to the delight of my wife. We were warmly welcomed back, and it was a pleasure to see Mirjam and her team again. There was however a surprise when we re-entered our room. The bath had been taken out and replaced with an amazing walk-in shower. The shower head was huge creating an almost waterfall experience. The service, cuisine, cleanliness, and attention to detail was again first class. Everyone was so kind and friendly with a “yes we can” attitude. Vanessa on reception was an absolute delight, with her professional demeanour and charming smile. It would surprise me if the Elizabeth is not the best premium hotel in Ischgl.

We stayed at Elizabeth Arthotel for 20 nights in January 2022. Let's start with what we loved there : 1) The location, hard to be better and this was a key element for us. 2) The food. We're very used to excellent food in the resorts we visit. Elizabeth Arthotel delivered one of the best food we've ever had in a resort. Only a few top-rated Maldivian resorts managed to give us a better experience, but it's a very tight call. The chef is excellent and we really had 20 amazing dinners, each better than the previous one. Yet, it is a 5* resort, so we of course had high expectations and there were things that were not right. a) The service was not at the level we'd expect in a 5* resort, particularly ONE person (a woman) who was absolutely not polite and who even ate the chocolates twice during dinner times (yes...we saw you, despite trying to go and hide in the kitchen). Seriously, we're in a 5* resort and a waitress eats the chocolates during dinner times in front of the guests. Not only that, but when one day she was cleaning our table, with the little "pieces" of bread, she throw them down on the floor, we were really really not expecting that. ...And still this very person, when she delivered the meals, she never said what was inside. One day, with the starter bread, I had the chance to jump on it...without knowing that there was goat cheese (that I hate) inside. Of course, she didn't tell anything. This is for the restaurant. But, what was even more surprising was the room-service. I mean, the cleaning. We have NEVER seen such a bad turn-down service in a 5* resort. You could eat an apple at 11am, have all the dirt on the table, the cleaner would come for turndown service at night and not even touch it "well, not my work for tonight, I'm just here for turndown service". HOW?! So if you're just here for turndown service, how to explain a bed that was SO badly done? CF picture attached. And yes, as crazy as it may seem, we did not touch it, this is how you can find your bed "prepared" at night AFTER the turndown service ..... There is a BIG room for improvement in that area. b) The Russians. So ok, Ischgl is known for having many russians, and, we know that. What's wrong with them? They were behaving like 12 yo child, i.e jumping in the pool (even though there's a clear sign saying not to jump), shouting and so on, not only in the pool, but also at the bar where you just want to go, relax, and enjoy your time. OF COURSE, the hotel is not responsible on who come to their property. BUT, the hotel IS responsible for ensuring that the rules are respected and that a minimum of respect to the other guests is maintened. Never ever did I see someone tell them to stop jumping in the pool, to shout a little bit quieter, or anything. They don't want to say anything to the Russians because they are a big part of their clients...well, on the other end, you have some non-russian not happy ;) c) the heat in the hotel. So many bad nights because o

This hotel is without question excellent. The location, interior design, elegant furnishings, and Spa facilities all confirm the Elizabeth rightly deserves its five-star status. It is also kept immaculate. Nowhere are there signs of ageing. Everything looks new with beautiful flowers, scented candles and paintings adorning the public areas. Our sixth-floor superior room was also faultless and looked fresh when we entered it. Where this hotel really excels is with its staff. We were warmly greeted by Claudia even though we had arrived over three hours before the official check in time. She kindly advised us to wait in the lounge with our welcome drink whilst our room was being prepared. Not long after we were escorted up to our room and our luggage was already in it. Every evening we were delighted with the six course dinners which were of exceptional quality and amazingly presented. Nicola the restaurant manager ensured all guests were content. His professional and very personable manner was mirrored by all his team in the restaurant and cocktail bar. Prior to our holiday I asked if it was possible to surprise my wife with a belated birthday cake. Claudia kindly said it would be their pleasure and Nicola was pleased to arrange it for the night I requested. My wife was absolutely delighted with it and the warm wishes from Nicola and staff present when the cake was brought out. The service we had from all the staff was without exception wonderful. They were all genuinely engaging and happy to assist. I would like however to give a special mention to Vanessa on the reception desk. I lost my iPhone on the slope in front of the hotel whilst trying to take pictures of it. When I told Vanessa she gave me some great tips and hope. She was really empathetic about the loss and full of positivity. To my astonishment the phone was found and handed in at the Gondola station opposite the hotel. Vanessa was truly delighted for me that I got it back the next morning. Her kindness and that of everyone at the Elizabeth is what makes it excellence personified.

This hotel is incredible! The entire staff will do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs. It starts at the reservation stage and ends at the minute you leave to the airport. Breakfast is amazing served by experienced hard working servers. Massage therapists are great and experienced. The front desk staff are very helpful and everything you ask for is done with a smile. The rooms are cleaned with great toiletry. The ski storage area is very great and so comfortable. Needless to say that the location is great. It is not in the village but 5 minute walk from there. It is however across from one lift and 2 minute walk from another lift. Highly recommended!!

ABSOLUTELY WOW. My wife and I feel very privileged to have stayed at the Elizabeth Art Hotel for 2 weeks in January 2022. We really cannot begin to explain how exceptional, amazing, and flawless the entire experience has been from the welcome greeting the moment we walked through the door to the moment we very reluctantly bade farewell. My wife and I have stayed in some excellent first-class prestigious hotels all over the world, but we can say, without any doubt the Elizabeth Art Hotel has been the best in every single way. From the exceptional customer service that was consistently delivered with genuine passion by every member of the team, to the exquisite attention to detail given to every square inch of the hotel. The hotel is not only uber chic in every aspect, but also presents a unique warmth that simply cannot be bought! The staff are all simply fabulous and nothing was ever too much trouble. The cuisine was infinitely and consistently better than many Michelin star restaurants my wife and I have experienced. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, literally to “white glove” standard and the ‘turn down’ touches delightful. The Spa was just incredible and everything one could wish for after a day on the slopes. The massages were simply to die for. Miriam and her staff have a first-class, exceptional, and flawless winning formula for delivering excellent and outstanding service which just ‘happens’ every day effortlessly at the Elizabeth Art Hotel. Thank you to you all.

We spent the week leading up to Christmas in this wonderful hotel, a luxury home away from home. With the superb help from the front office staff we were able to navigate all the last minute changes in covid restrictions, and finally arrived to a super personal welcome. The team kept the kitchen open despite our late arrival and we enjoyed the first of many absolutely delicious meals. Everyone is so attentive and helpful. We had the most beautiful Christmas Eve and day - I cannot praise enough the team to have made it so special. We will definitely be back. This is Austrian hospitality at its best. (And soooo close to the slopes !)
