Hotel Route Inn Chiba Newtown Chuo Ekimae-Naritakuko Akusesusen

Only 20 mins away from Narita Airport. A good option if you have a flight to catch the next day and you want to find a hotel that is value for money. The hotel is very clean with facilities such as an onsen and laundry. Aeon shopping mall is just 7 mins away. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfy. I would stay here again!

It is basically the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Japan. The room is dirty. The carpet is so dirty that I don't want to walk. The wall is peeling off. There is a big hole in the wall. The windows are very dirty and the curtains have spider webs. The room smells like cigarette smoke. The staff is the worst. There is no customer service. There are also discriminatory rules against foreigners. I won't answer even if I call after 20:00. The exterior of the hotel looks good, but the inside is a terrible place. I can't believe they are allowed to do business in Japan. Also, the price is higher than the nearby hotels. The damaged room was about 9400 yen per night. It's a rip-off. Call the Health and Safety Division of this hotel. There is mold growing around the toilet and toilet. You can see it when you walk in. I told the manager, but he didn't care. ”All rooms will be the same.” There is no staff to clean. Oh, that's funny. Don't stay at this hotel.

The new hotel opened less than half a year, the view of the room was not bad, the breakfast was good, but the design of the moving line was not good. It is recommended to divide the two routes, the Western and Japanese breakfasts are diverted, otherwise the queue will exceed 20 minutes.
