Difficult to rate as it was super quiet, between ski season and summer. High elevation means cold variavle weather. It's a big old Hotel which is probably a bit past It's best / old fashioned but perfectly comfortable. The staff we met were excellent, we attived like drowned rats, having been caught in a storm whilst cycling. Receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, nice dry garage for bikes early access to room. For dinner we were only two there, and for breakfast, again receptionist sorted out kitchen and our personal waiter was great. Despite language limitations all was good, better thsn a few nights previously at another supposedly higher class Hotel.

Lovely hotel great position for the ski slopes . The staff were friendly and helpful it’s spotlessly clean and has a very warm atmosphere , from the music to the open fire in the lounge the whole place feels very relaxed . The spa is a great addition although it’s not included in the price and the only after ski sauna is in the spa

We were 2 minutes drive away from the chair lift to go ski-ing, The hotel does supply shuttle bus. The hotel is in a great location, nice bar and seating area. Food is not fine dining but filling and hearty. We would definitely stay again.

Bellissimo soggiorno di carnevale...complimenti a tutto lo staff...sempre presenti e disponibili. ottima animazione per bambini. colazione e cena buonissimi. hotel vicino agli impianti di monte pratello e vicinissimo a pizzalto e coppo dell'orso.

Sono stato con la mia famiglia ed un gruppo di amici in questa struttura per 3 giorni. L’hotel si trova a 4 km dal centro e 500 metri dalla pista da sci, mentre a 5 km c’è la struttura coppa dell’orso. La nota ancora più positiva è la gentilezza dei camerieri in particolare modo di MATTEO una persona gentile , disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti e consigliarti. Questo posto lo consiglio vivamente essendo un posto strategico per chi ama la neve 👌

Ormai è un po’ di tempo che torniamo in questa struttura, sia d’estate che d’inverno, accoglienza sempre piacevole, atmosfera delicata che coccola i clienti: postazione ideale per raggiungere gli impianti del Pratello, anche con lo shuttle messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Un piacere del palato gustare la colazione e la cena presso il ristorante dell’albergo. Consigliatissimo

Albergo comodo e ben organizzato, animazione ottima per i bambini. Camere da ristrutturare. Colazione eccellente, cucina da rivisitare, personale ristorante educato e gentile, in particolare il sig. Fabio veramente disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

La camera non era male, però aveva la doccia credo un po’ vecchia e un cuscino sporco, anche se per una vacanza questo hotel lo consiglierei perché si possono fare molte cose, ma il buffet credo era un po’ vuoto, il Ping pong che si trovava nella sala giochi era bello anche se da migliorare le racchette.
