spacious room, friendly service, mostly clean. not strictly central but within easy walking distance from historical centre and wonderfully connected by bus and tram. breakfast is not luxurious but more thank ok. absolutely recommended for the occasional stay.

Peripheral structure about twenty minutes from the centre: a small part of it can be reached via a nice walkway in the greenery that runs alongside the river (first you have to walk a bit along the road). Opposite the hotel is a useful shopping centre. Huge room with good furniture, pillows as thick as a sheet of paper. Breakfast with Abba in the background, little variety but acceptable. It was an intermediate stop to break up a much longer journey, so for one night it's just fine. Very kind staff.

Su ******* era riportato che il servizio di reception sarebbe stato dalle 7 alle 22.. siamo arrivati verso le 13 e non c’era nessuno. É arrivata una signora, penso l’addetta alla sala colazione, non parlava una parola di inglese, noi volevamo solo chiedere di poter parcheggiare L auto, non volevamo la camera visto che il check in era previsto per le 15. Lei ovviamente non aveva capito nulla, ha chiamato la receptionist, questa arriva tutta nervosa, ci definisce insistenti perché ha detto loro noi volevamo la camera. Vabbè alla fine ci da la camera che non avevamo richiesto. Carina nulla di che. Per tutto il giorno dopo ogni volta che ci beccava ci rinfacciava questa cosa della camera. Poca professionalità.

sicuramente non ci torno più colazione a dir poco pietosa, poca scelta nelle cibarie ,briosche assenti, succhi di frutta in brocca compresi di moscerini Non lo posso proprio consigliare Camera spaziosa, sorvoliamo su arredamento, ma pulizia scarsa Aria condizionata non presente.

Das Karwendel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber noch schön laufbar zur Innenstadt. Freie Parkplätze, freundlicher Checkin mit kleineren Sprachschwierigkeiten und Informationen zum Haus. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, einfach eingerichtet, sauber und hell, mit schöner Aussicht auf das Umland. Nach einer ruhigen Nacht, konnten wir ein tolles Frühstück genießen, mit allem, was der Mensch braucht und persönlichen Service dazu. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und hoffen dann auf bessere Betten!

La posizione è molto buona, in 20 min a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico o con le bici a noleggio davanti il centro commerciale anche di meno. L'hotel un po cosi e cosi, anche se devo ammettere la signora bionda alla reception ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio ma non è bastato. Cuscini davvero molto scomodi e stanza nella norma. Senza pretese. Giusta per chi dorme solamente in hotel. La colazione, molto, molto scarsa. Il prezzo e posizione punti a favore.
