Renovation in progress (floor 6 is done - I was there). Floors 4-5 are in progress. One of 2 elevators available for guests. No lamp or reading light at bed (I was told these are on order), so turning off lights then getting in bed is in the dark. Bathroom light turned off while I was showering. Hotel is in a noisy location (6 am flights very loud) and ~15 minute drive from airport terminal. No restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent, but not much else positive to say. I've stayed at much better Hyatt Place hotels.

You asked for a $75 hour check in early fee. It was 1 hour after traveling by car 10 an I had to sit 50 minutes to get in my room. Never again

No issues. Yes there was renovation going on but appropriate considerations were implemented. Clean spacious rooms (we had a king size) no bad odors. Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs potatoes French toast sticks sausage and fruit, cereal, bagels…. Not much around the area, near airport, overpriced gas station across the street but easy access to the interstate. Reasonable rate. I would return

Would have given a *5*star, hotel was going through renovations. It was nice that signs were posted with times about renovations. Breakfast was so-so, microwave in area definitely a plus to reheat food. Other than that it was a great, quiet stay and definitely be back again for round 3!👍👍

Even though there was a renovation occurring....we could really not tell. They had a separate elevator for contractors and one for guests. The hours of working were posted. Breakfast very tasty. Our room was one to eventually be updated...but is was great already !....so nice.

Stayed here to run the Marathon and this was the perfect spot to stay away from the high prices downtown where I stayed on my previous trip to Indy run the marathon.

This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Indianapolis Airport and it was yet another fantastic stay to say the least. Great Hoosier hospitality with the friendly staff, comfortable and spacious clean room, (1king bed) a convent gas station and walkable food options to boot. I’d high recommend! Enok (if I’m speeding it correctly😬) and the the rest of staff will not disappoin. Even while the builing is under renovations, you wouldn’t even know it!. Do book!

The stay was very nice. The room was really clean and modern. Continental breakfast was very good, clean and tasty.
Only bad is that there is only an outdoor pool. It was not stated anywhere ONLY outdoor pool! My girls were very upset! I chose the hotel for the pool! Which we could not enjoy because it is December.
Advertisement needs to state outdoor pool ONLY!
