When we arrived the room was great but after a couple of hours we realized it was getting cold in the living room and realized the the heater for the room was not working. There is no way someone didn’t know it. i as was traveling with a handicap so moving room would be exhausting so we used more blankets.

Check in was quick and pleasant. Our room was clean however the dresser in the bedroom leaned so the drawers fell open and would not stay closed. The door also was hung crooked and needed to be lifted in order for the deadbolt to engage correctly. The flip lock also did not align correctly, which was troubling.
The hotel pool was warm, however very small which was a problem when we first attempted to visit and there was a large group of teenagers present making the pool too crowded to enter. We were also disappointed to find the hot tub was closed.
Within a few hours of checking in, our keycard was disabled preventing us from accessing our room. Upon returning to the front desk, it was unattended. After calling for someone, they emerged from what appeared to be a closet, looking like they had been sleeping. My card was reactivated but very little was said and no apology was offered.
We visited breakfast during the middle of the allotted hours. When we came, many of the foods and beverages were empty or near empty and there didn’t seem to be any effort to refill food in a timely fashion. We ate the food we could find and as we were finishing our meal, after about 30 minutes had elapsed, food started to be refilled.
Overall, for the price, I would probably return. But keep your expectations low as this is a mediocre stay at best.

This hotel is one of our favorites due to the service and the toom cleanliness. The hot breakfast has lots of options as well. While under some renovation and updating, it has been consistently focused on the customer experience - just awesome!

Wonderful hotel. Air didn’t work in second bedroom. No electricity in second bedroom. Easily accommodated. Need upgrade in rooms.

Pre paid for room. My friend arrived before me and they said room wasn’t paid for and charged him …so charged twice.
Pipe must have burst middle of night so fire alarm going off … ceiling had collapsed in hallway. All this resulted in no hot water in the morning. I know this was an unforeseen circumstance but very inconvenient

Had tried to request early check in prior to the trip and was told to communicate with the hotel. Tried again on the day via chat and then direct call and was informed that no rooms at all were ready and that the desk was waiting for a list from housekeeping. Eventually able to check in AFTER official check in time, others were also waiting in the lobby past check in time due to the list not having been received!!! We booked as we had been previously impressed but now feel inclined to try elsewhere next time. Room smelled musty and none of the dresser drawers would stay shut which meant having to avoid walking into the open drawers taking up space at the end of the bed!

The only complaint I had was the pool area.
It was cold in the room and the hot tub had a light that was out of its spot in the water making a bit sketchy to get in.
If they could get that area fixed up I would have given all excellent bc the staff and all the other areas were just amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. The food was good and so was the coffee.
