This hotel is set in the most serene location, the views are breathtaking. It is off the beaten track and there is no where really that you can walk to. The food was just amazing and during our 3 night stay we were more than happy to eat at the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff are all really attentive and can’t do enough for you. Lovely little touches like snacks and tea and coffee at 4.30 everyday. This place is a little bit of heaven! Would definitely recommend.

One of the most beautiful locations I’ve stayed at! Would definitely recommend it. The staff is really welcoming and helps you out in every way possible. Most tourist spots are also nearby (30-40 minutes away). So, it’s convenient to stay for a couple of days.

Calm place and atmosphere. Staffs were vey good and wow to stay will prefer to come again. Food was good and campfire night was awesome nd nice experience. Tea stall was new experience. Play area garden and swimming pool was neat nd clean. Overall wonderful experience❤️

Beautiful location with really nice staff and a fab pool. Rooms are up ***y steps so not good if that’s an issue, really comfortable bed, Netflix on the Tv Wi-Fi ok but dropped out at times. Team and coffee plus kettle in the room as well as a fridge but no alcohol at the hotel at all. We enjoyed breakfast buffet and evening meal very tasty just a shame you can’t get a beer. Staff very nice and trying to amuse guests with campfire, cooking lessons, kite flying and afternoon tea, all for free. We stayed 2 nights all other guests were Indian and it’s too far to walk to anywhere so you are trapped get to a Bevco and put a beer in your fridge to enjoy on your own terrace is my tip. We loved our stay and it was very clean with all hotel facilities in working order.

We had a great time at Haze & Kites. The staff were attentive and professional. Our room was modern with a wall of windows overlooking the mountains and valley beyond. Same great views from the shower and balcony. Wifi was strong. Food was delicious, and to our Canadian standards, cheap. We spent $75 over two lunches and three dinners eating everything and anything. Everything we ate from Chef Sajith was tasty and we had fun chatting with him at each meal. Buffet breakfast was good too with eggs and dosas to order as you like. We also had fun doing the cooking demo. One of the staff taught us Carrom (an Indian-style crokinole). It was fun to play him and he was nice enough to let us win. The infinity pool had spectacular views and the 4:30 tea cart was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the place. The service was amazing. Good communication and behaviour of staffs. Food was also good especially the breakfast. The only thing I suggest is that give some more drinks or snacks as complementary because we are paying a good amount for a night. Thank you

Room need more maintenance as there was a water leakage form upper level cottage and visibly can see some plaster form wall coming out. Staff was amazing. Special thanks to Jagat Krishna for his service for our entire stay. Room Telephone does not have directory.
