Hacienda San Juan Resort

It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I had to go and jump to the boxes of the ornaments for my family, as there was nobody giving them to the tables… In overall to get away from ok. But I believe there is a loy more the manager can do to inprove the quality

Delicious, beautifully presented food. Lovely atmosphere and friendly, helpful service. Would definitely recommend. We had a local red wine called Gran Tinto that was excellent. They were also very accommodating with our children.

I would Not recommend Hacienda San Juan Resort. The staff there is extremely rude and UNaccomodating! We were looking for a place to have an early dinner after spending some time in Paracas and Huacachina. We decided to go to Hacienda San Juan because we were told they offer day pool passes. We thought perfect, have an early dinner, spend some time by the pool and head back to Lima later in the evening to avoid all the traffic. The young man who sold us the pool day passes was rude his whole demeanor was unwelcoming. Our waiter was a bit clueless and forgetful and the young lady at the front desk was also rude. When it was time to get in the pool we asked for towels, and we were denied the towels because we were not guest to the Hacienda! It’s not like we were asking for bathing suits! How can they sell us pool passes and deny us the use of towels? How can that be a policy? The young man who sold us the pool passes never disclosed that we were not going to be able to use the towels or else I believe we wouldn’t have bought the pool passes. We had to go to the front desk and ask to speak to a supervisor in order for us to be accommodated. It was an uncomfortable experience all in all. I don’t know why they offer pool passes if they are going to make their “day guest” jump through hoops to get towels. BUT I will end this review by saying that their food and drinks were phenomenal I won’t deny that. I believe their staff needs better training in hospitality and communication. They should also revise their pool pass policy to guarantee a memorable and pleasant visit.

This hotel offers you a valuable stay with an amazing clean and extra big room, the doors open to the garden and the big clean pool is just in-front of you. The shower and bathroom are just perfect Breakfast was nice, staff was nice and i highly recommended this amazing hotel.

The resort is really great with nice view at the Pacific Ocean. The food is amazing and they have a great customer service. You can book the buggy and sandboarding experience at the reception - simply amazing. We enjoyed each second here, we warmly recommend it.
