My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Senri Hankyu hotel. We booked a superior double and we had everything ( pajama, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sanitizer, air purifier and more) we needed in our room. Every staff member was friendly and it's only a few minutes walk from monorail station or metro station. Very convenient with shops and restaurants near by. Highly recommend it.

Location wise is great, about 5 mins walk from Tennoji Station - Central exit. The room we stayed at was spacious enough, the mattress and pillows although quite firm were actually good to sleep on, the room was cleaned with new towels replaced daily and faultless service also. I took 1 star off facilities because waiting for the lift could take a while especially during check out time and in the afternoon.
