High CP value with good location to me. Perhaps it could due to the dates that I booked. After that the hotel fee is going up, consequently, it becomes not so high CP value as I've booked. Anyway, it's a wonderful experiences for me in staying at the Minamisenri Crystal Hotel.

If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

I stayed with a baby plan (mom support plan) in May with a 5 month old infant. Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

Location wise is great, about 5 mins walk from Tennoji Station - Central exit. The room we stayed at was spacious enough, the mattress and pillows although quite firm were actually good to sleep on, the room was cleaned with new towels replaced daily and faultless service also. I took 1 star off facilities because waiting for the lift could take a while especially during check out time and in the afternoon. And all lift will stop at Level 7 (reception) whether or not someone is waiting there. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay at Via Inn Tennoji
