My experience was the best of the best!!! After staying at this hotel for the first time I went back after two weeks from Miami just to enjoy the excellent breakfast, the kind staff and the many restaurants and stores only steps away. I travel a lot and usually the continental breakfasts are basic. This hotel includes the best breakfast in the whole world!!! I am talking about variety, quality and fresh food! The staff is very kind, helpful, professional and they go the extra mile to help. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and have air conditioner, safety deposit box, sleeping sofa, small refrigerator and much more. The location is perfect! right in the heart of Ibague. Make a request to have the driver named Jesus who will take you to the airport or any other place. He is kind and professional. The General Manager is friendly. My experience was unique!

Muy bien. El hotel limpio y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno estaba muy completo, buffet, y parqueadero gratuito. La cena allí también estuvo muy bien. Las que nos atendieron en recepción muy amables también. En general muy buena experiencia allí

Todo es malo, la ubicación, el desayuno pésimo, la bulla en las camas, la atención del personal es lo único bueno. La noche que tuve antier fue la peor de mi vida, la cama tambaleaba de un lado a otro, el ruido de la calle se escucha, permanentemente.
