The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanya Bay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and hygienic. I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely come back again. The breakfast was quite rich with a good variety of options.

The hotel is located in an old building. There's noise from the KTV downstairs, and the elevator and room facilities are quite old. Soundproofing isn't great. However, the service is excellent; the front desk and food delivery responses are very quick. The view from the window is nice, which is a plus. Overall, it didn't quite match the photos online or my expectations.

On the surface, the room looks fine but it smelt of cigarette smell. Request to change room was denied but staff said they’ll get rid of cigarette smell. While the room no longer has the stench, the bedsheets still has the smell. The shower knob was very tight that we had to use towel to turn. Upon feedback, front desk said all the rooms have the same tight shower knob. My elderly parents had no strength to turn at all. We decided to end our stay early after one night and moved to another hotel.
