E da un po' di tempo che vorrei scrivere la nostra esperienza come alloggio in questo hotel...siamo stati 4 giorni a Iasi a fine febbraio...2 adulti e un bimbo e siamo arrivati alla sera....La prima camera dove ci hanno consegnate le chiavi aveva il bagno con l'odore di fogna...ritornati al reception ci hanno cambiato subito la stanza senza spiegare il disagio creato...Il personale scarso, poca voglia di lavorare...la colazione servita con grande attesa nonstante la poca gente in quel periodo...pulizia in camera fatta di fretta, odore impregnante di talco e il frighetto nella stanza ancora occupato dalle bevande usate delle persone precedente...Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di scaldare il latte per il bimbo alla sera e usare il microwoonde ma in un albergo a 4 stelle, la cucina e sprovvista di questo elettrodomestico....incredibile! Siamo rimasti delusi...un albergo cosi grande e predisposto in una bella zona...fuori città....ma con il servizio molto scarso!
