Very bad room conditions, bed sheets were torn-ed, bad smell in rooms not at all relevant for family

Smelly beds, insects in the rooms, no breakfast being served as it was earlier done. Too cheap to even lay down a basic buffet. The attitude of the staff is beyond rude, especially of afsana who probably is the worst guest experience manage i’ve come across. Even their showers don’t work, for which i was told “why cant you manage in bucket”

Hotel did not provide basic facilities like good breakfast, toiletries like toilet paper and had to ask many times for other items. Very rude staff except a few. House keeping was very good. Hotel needs complete renovation. Wash basin broke during use. Junk in toilet faucet.
