設施：酒店設施配套齊全，作為寵物友好酒店服務很到位，入住有寵物小禮包，到了房間還有寵物用品，真的很貼心，酒店內的所有餐廳都可以帶寵物出入不會限制，比起其他寵物友好酒店臻隱錦綉做的太到位了。 衞生：房間和酒店周圍都很乾凈衞生，周圍設有寵物拾便袋可提供，還有專門提供寵物餵養的地方。 環境：酒店本身就是個濕地公園，入住後感覺很舒服。 服務：入住前一天會進行溝通，告知入住的一些訊息，還貼心的告知當天的活動和晚安甜湯。 遊玩設施：酒店內可以釣小龍蝦、穿漢服做香包做風箏的活動，還可以喂黑天鵝和羊駝，還有小孩的娛樂設施，整整可以玩一天。 此次入住感真的百分百滿意，有寵物的和小孩的真心推薦這家。

酒店在濕地公園內，景色非常漂亮！Minibar免費供應，而且每天都會補充。服務也非常好，管家每天都會在微信裏提醒早餐時間和滋補晚安點心。如果需要什麼，在微信裏告訴管家，立馬就能得到回覆。一流的環境和一流的服務，即使遇到節假日人流高峯，也都井然有序。下次來湖州，還會選擇這家酒店。
