Fort Arabesque Resort, Spa & Villas

I have been here around 7 times; we are being recognised and greeted by the staff! We love it here, it ticks all our boxes, it has everything, great weather, all-inclusive bars open 9am till midnight, choice of restaurants, amazing gardens, long sandy beach, lots of swimming pools, and the staff can't do enough for you. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss but always better than nothing. It is also a long journey from home to the hotel, and I hate Hurghada Airport's security, who seem to take pleasure searching you and your cases almost as many times as they check your passport over and over again.

Have just got back from here and we had a fantastic holiday. From arriving to when we left the hotel couldn’t have done more for us. We had a sea view villa which was well appointed with a great view. All the staff were attentive and friendly. We ate at the Club 159 restaurant where the Manager Hamdy was friendly and such an asset to the Hotel, he will go far. Saying that all the places we ate at or drank at had great people working there. We will definitely return here again.

This is my 5th time in Egypt and 4th time in this hotel. We stayed in Villas once again and it was amazing. This resort keeps getting better and better every year. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed every meal, it is very well adapted to european guests. The staff in the restaurants is perfect, very polite and always smiling. The same goes for everyone else! The staff at the beach is amazing, at the reception etc. They all really make you feel like you are in paradise. Resort is huge with a lot odd green areas, palm trees, flowers. It has a lot of different pool areas, some are adults only (which is really what this hotel should be completely if you ask me) and there are also some areas for kids. The beach is beautiful and it has it’s own home coral reefs, where you can see plenty of colorful fish, stingrays, even turtles! Bring your snorkeling equipment cause what you are about to see is truly breathtaking and once in a lifetime experience. Staying in villas is also great, they really make you feel special. Everyday around 6pm they bring you some sweets and kindly ask if you need anything. Everything is super clean. The pools in villas are beautiful and private. The keys are no longer standard old ones and are now replaced with the wrist bands with key in it so you just move it close to the door and it unlocks. I have to say this didn’t work everytime but we figured it out that when you put the wrist band together with your phone it charges somehow and it unlocks without a problem. However this was not a problem at all bacause next to a wrist band you also get the card key. One thing I didn’t like is that you have to give your wrist band at the moment when you check out, and even If you are told you can use everything in the resort for the rest of time spent there (our flight was very very late) you feel like you are stealing something because you are without a wrist band. To make things worse some staff even asked us where our bands are, but there was no problem when we explained. We had friends staying in West Bay and their wrist bands were not taken from them until they left and we had to give ours around 1pm when we checked out. I understand that is how it is now because the band is also a key, but maybe the management could find a better solution since the guests in villas are paying more and therefore should be treated that way and the least they can do is make you not to have to think about the wrist bands on the last day of your stay. Besides this small inconvenience everything else was perfect. At the end of your stay you can ask for a shower room and you get one for half an hour to get ready for your flight back home. I must also say that new Lumma beach section is very nice, the bar is very good and even though we stayed in villas we decided to reserve our sunbeds on that part of the beach and not on the part intended for villas guests. We had a great time in the Fort, the sea and corals are beautiful, the staff are always helpful and in a good mood, the food is phenomenal! Biggest compliments to the front desk, Shenawy was very helpful, very kind, and professional! We would recommend a vacation in Fort to everyone!

Our 2nd visit to Egypt and our daughters first. We picked the resort for its reef and proximity to Luxor (so we could visit the valley of the Kings). We were delighted with our stay, the staff were all very courteous and attentive. Especially Ahmed at the Pool Bar and our cleaner Abdul. Even the trip sales staff located on site, asked if we were interested once and then if you declined moved on swiftly. The food and drink was to a high standard and varied, and we especially enjoyed the option to have some Asian food, from the live kitchen, along with the beach BBQ. Our room was spacious and cleaned every morning. Te reef was amazing, I think I saw almost all the wildlife except a turtle or an octopus. The pool area was very clean and a refreshing, to cool off.

We was have a one of the best holiday in one of the best hotel in hurghada. Fort arabesque. Thanks for every thing thanks for the animation team and kids club also thanks to everyone in the hotel and also for the restaurant and bar staff and everything.

It is always amazing for me to stay at this hotel. First impression is that stuff is very friendly, and than you notice that everything is perfectly clean, from lobby, to rooms, restaurants, pools and beach. I stayed here before, and this year I sow that they raised service. Hotel has the most gorgeous beach, which is 700 meters long. Sea life is amazing there. Sunbeds are new, and not heavy like in other hotels. Cocktails at Windbreaker bar are very tasteful. Restaurant is very clean, and you have various selection of food and drinks. I tried almost everything, and it was very tasteful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Your mini bar is filled with cans of beer, cola, fanta, sprite, and water. I will definitely go again next year.
