I liked the help at the check in and the check out. When we found out we had a broken fridge, it was solved within a few minutes. I also liked the option for breakfast, i just think that the restaurant should learn some rules about serving food.
The housekeeping will clean your room when you leave your key at the reception, thats what we were told. We tried it once, but nothing was cleaned, so i decided to do it myself (i keep my promises)...
Just a tip for the hotel: because you are so close to the beach/sand, maybe a sweeper/dustpan on each room isnt such a bad idea.

I am staying in Andalusia beech , a nice place , very nice people, it is like living in a simple family place , the beach is wonderful , the beach coffee is ok I met people who has been here many times ! When I come back I am intended to stay there . I just enjoyed my time and I recommended it for many friends 😀😎

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in front of the beach and close to many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful – especially Moustafa – who is an amazing host! However, it is clear that the hotel needs renovation, some things do not work correctly (for example, the shower door does not prevent the toilet from flooding!) and the cleanliness could also be improved. The paths around the resort should be cleaner and in better condition. Not having Wifi in the rooms (only at reception) is annoying.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We never saw the beach etc, as we arrived early evening and departed the next morning for Luxor. The room was awful, the water out of the taps was brown. We mentioned this to the staff. We used bottled water to wash and clean our teeth. We slept on towels on top of the beds. The restaurant was 250 metres away and on seeing the menu, my wife and I thought that the food was not cooked here. We did not eat here. Please choose wisely.

House keeping was bad attitude,management of the hotel was terrible. Rooms aren’t clean. Tvs and AC aren’t working. Receptionist of hotel was bad and he made an attack almost call the policeman Housekeeping yelled and said bad words It’s nit safe

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. I didn't realise the hotel was next to a much more expensive hotel that I've previously stated at, costing 4 times as more. The hotel is cheap, has its own private beach, in a prime location. The breakfast is simple and good. Shops, restaurants are all close by and the location allows you to explore hurghada down town and other areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again no doubt.

Room service (from 10am) is only available when requested and you have to be present. Cleaning products provided by yourself. For example, no TOILET BRUSH. The condition of the building and furniture is very worn or used. Towels are counted and only medium-sized ones are given out. Wi-Fi only at the unfriendly reception. Refuses to call a taxi to the airport. OK as CHEAP accommodation.
Good Arabic breakfast, restaurant about 150m from the busy street, very inexpensive (operated by a German)
Small beach very good. Public though.

We arrived when there were a lot of empty seats, the beach was empty, but you can’t lie on the first two rows of sunbeds on the beach, like the rules and only the owners of the apartments that are on the territory can lie there. A very broken hotel, everything really needs updating, the approach is through some kind of dirty dirt road, everything around is abandoned. We booked on the second floor, were given on the first and farthest from the sea, we didn’t argue because we were very tired from the trip. The beach is unpleasant, for some reason they removed the sunbeds from the first two lines, as if they were not for this hotel. There are boats right at the edge of the beach, the water is apparently not very clean. The entrance is gentle. We just stayed overnight near the airport, so we didn’t have any issues, but I wouldn’t recommend going there on vacation. The management is strange, apparently they don’t consider it necessary to give change for 1-2 dollars. The only positives: right by the sea, breakfast served in a nearby cafe was not bad and had good service
