先説優點：離機場15分鐘很方便，海景很美，早上能看到海上日出，泳池也很大，並且酒店的全包餐食也不錯。
但是最誇張的是我們本來定的海景房莫名其妙被降級到園景房沒有任何理由！第一次碰到這種事情，並且酒店説當天滿房，不可能更換。
房間內的衞生比較一般
服務人員素質參差不齊，有一些比較好，有一些衹對白人服務熱情

前台reception的女孩非常非常熱情，是我們在Serry遇見的最好的staff
酒店很新，很漂亮，入住率奇高無比，歐美家庭旅行為主，國人較少
海景房view很美，床品舒適，基本是我們在埃及住過最新的酒店，電視，空調，吹風都很不錯。
訂的是全包，入住會帶手環，整體全包體驗不是很好，除了吃自助的sofra，其他餐廳很多需要預訂，但基本入住後4天內晚上都fully booked，我們wait list 訂到一晚海鮮餐廳，非常一般，建議還是直接吃sofra，品種豐富，基本也不用排什麼隊。
因為客人很多，除了自助餐廳，其他餐廳效率都很低，客房服務也比較慢
最後定了早上4點去機場的送機，收費的，但司機很nice，很準時，早班機推薦

酒店很好看！但是！非常不滿意的地方是，剩下兩個非自助餐廳根本提前一天預訂不上！一天10桌怎麼可能預訂的上，而且需要預訂的餐廳不供應中餐。餐廳安排徒有其表，包括酒店的活動也是，基本上好多都被取消了。唯一有意思的就是晚上看非洲舞，如果沒有取消了是不是應該更新一下活動菜單呢？入住等了40多分鐘效率太低…點個飲料半天不上，這家店的所有扣分都扣在了服務上。入住的時候我的房間沒準備好給我升了海景房，這塊是很感謝的。但是要作為五分度假酒店真的好差了好遠的距離，員工和管理還要瘋狂提升才行。自助餐廳鐵鍋炒牛肉好吃～中國菜的做法非常符合中國胃～

幫忙開個門都要給小費 之前付8000的時候清清楚楚付夠了錢 後面晚上洗完飯回來他和我説少了一千 後面我説清楚後前台就可憐兮兮的和我説我不出就衹能讓他自己付 我也不慣着他。

此次行程最出乎意料的一家酒店，從進入大堂的那一刻起喜歡不已，異域風和度假風結合得十分愜意，坐在大堂向遠處望去，拱門泳池大海一一呈現，清晨，站在陽台上看一輪金色的太陽從海面升起，美好的度假開始了。

酒店很新，硬件不錯，花園和泳池漂亮，全包三餐和全天的飲料小吃，非常適合不出酒店。服務上有點奇怪，從前台到沙灘服務生，雖然該做的都做到，但所有人都沒有笑臉，特別是接待處的女士，有問有答就是一臉不開心，不是度假酒店應有的狀態。
