The room was very clean, but there was only 1 tiny little bar of soap and an empty Kleenex box. There was very little water pressure in the bathroom sink. The shower was just okay. The bed was very comfy and we slept well.

Had to change rooms 2 times.
First room had not even been seen by the house keepers beds unmade trash still in room.
Second room bed had pee on it large pee spot on the sheet under the made bed blankets.

Hotel staff was able to quickly clean a room and get me in without a hassle. Room keeping was quick and did their job very well! Definitely would stay again

There was issues with the hotel door so I had to wait for someone to let me in and change the battery in the door, which took a half hour or so. Otherwise, it was good.

The cleanliness was very poor. There were roaches in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to stay.

The room was cold and seemed ready, slight smell from carpet typical of a refurbished older hotel with outside doors. The pictures we saw online were misleading to the conditions of the rooms, the lobby was remodeled and has a great facelift but pull back the curtain and its obviously a very old motel at best. One of the staff made it easy to check-in and was curtious in understanding our disappointment but the oncoming staff member ignored us and wasn't interested in our presence there. Obviously not the standard we would expect from a Best Western and the first room we've experienced with a BB problem. There were no issues in getting our money back and we were happy with a different hotel down the road. I hope not every room was like ours but definitely need the exterminator out there quick...beware!!
