都很不錯，樓層越高越能欣賞美景，安保措施也不錯。就是房間還是有點煙味，特別是床上，我趴着睡就聞到了，但是問題不大，我能接受。環境衞生也還可以，至少沒有蟑螂，畢竟廣東蟑螂還是挺多的，然後牆什麼的有點舊的樣子，不仔細看也不會看出來。服務挺好的，很熱情，也幫到我了。還有浴室的花灑可能需要換了，容易跳，水本來是從花灑噴的，結果突然會變成水龍頭灑水，而且花灑噴灑的水也很小，感覺像摔壞了那種，希望能改進。總體來説還是不錯的，下次來惠州會繼續光顧的。

優點是採光好，對比同價位酒店公寓設施更完善，保潔阿姨工作認真態度好
地段還行，樓下熱鬧，燒烤奶茶不缺，但患處是太吵，晚上早上都是挺吵。
房間內還需改善，進門潮濕味明顯。
