JI Hotel (Huizhou Shuidong Street Binjiang Branch)

First of all, the check-in staff had a very bad attitude. He was totally ignored when talking to him. He was also very mechanical when explaining relevant matters to us. Secondly, you could clearly feel the smell of the bathroom when you entered the room. Thirdly, the air conditioner kept making strange noises at night, which made it difficult for people to sleep. When I was sleeping, I wanted to open the window because the air conditioner made a strange noise. I found that the noise outside was too loud and I wanted to close the window but couldn't. I slept on the side of the road for the rest of the night😭. A very bad stay!

The room was so comfortable that we stayed an extra night. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions, and it is also very close to Shuidong Street without fear of hard work. The front desk staff are very polite and always greet guests when they see them. Self-service coffee drinks are also provided in the lobby, which is very considerate. There are enough washing machines in the self-service laundry room, so there is no need to queue up for laundry. The breakfast is delicious, but it's a pity that the replenishment is slow and the staff is short! All in all, traveling in all seasons is a safe choice.

I originally thought this was a newly opened hotel, so I came here to experience it. The first thing I saw when I entered the room was that there was a foreign object stuck to the pillow. There is a problem with the hotel's air conditioner. The central air conditioner blows directly towards the bed, and the wind is still very strong even at the smallest strength. And most importantly, I don’t understand why they have to decorate on Saturdays and Sundays. They start hammering and drilling the walls with electric drills at eight or nine in the morning and continue until the afternoon. Don’t they consider the feelings of customers? No construction is allowed anywhere on Saturdays and Sundays, not to mention Saturdays and Sundays, even on weekdays from 12:00 to 14:00 noon. I called after 12 o'clock and first asked if I wanted to check out. The hotel reservation stated that check out would be at 14:00. I hope you can synchronize online and offline information. I later apologized and asked to change rooms, how could I still fall asleep after being woken up? When I went to check out, the two girls at the front desk didn't show any apology. I was really speechless and the experience was not good. I hope it can be corrected! ! !

最近到惠州遊玩入住了這家酒店，整個過程給我留下了深刻且美好的印象。首先，從地理位置來説，酒店位於市中心繁華地段，周邊商業設施齊全，交通便利，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊都非常合適。 辦理入住手續非常順暢，前台工作人員熱情周到，專業高效，迅速幫我完成了入住流程。進入房間後，第一感覺就是整潔明亮，空間佈局合理，裝飾風格簡約而不失高雅，彰顯出全季品牌一貫的“自然、靜謐、温暖”的設計理念。 房間內設施一應俱全，床鋪舒適度極高，寢具乾淨整潔，讓人能夠享受到優質的睡眠體驗。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質優良，細節處體現了酒店對於顧客需求的貼心關懷。早餐種類豐富多樣，中西式結合，不僅能滿足不同口味的需求，而且食材新鮮，口感極佳。此外，全季酒店的公共區域也十分寬敞舒適，休息區、閲讀角的設計都營造出一種寧靜優雅的氛圍。

床單的黃色不知道是什麼，窗簾邊上灰塵細碎垃圾也沒有打掃，半夜馬桶沖水聲非常大。服務人員態度尚可，第一時間給換了床單，所以沒有給差評，但也僅此而已。

停車及其不方便，停車在橋底下，開車的別去。全季的早餐一直還是很不錯的，但這家種類偏少，補餐速度慢。整體服務一般，大部分前台服務挺好的，有個許姓（可能）的前台小姐服務態度巨差無比，有免費升房，但態度真的惡劣，普通的一個陌生人都不應該這樣，服氣了，像欠了她八百萬一樣，全程不耐煩翻白眼的。住過全國十幾二十家全季，這家的服務是最爛的，不管是洗衣還是送餐，最後索要贈品時，一句全贈完了打發人，問了有水嗎？有。有茶嗎？有。這不是沒贈完嗎？前台那個腳挪都不願意挪，大堂的咖啡機我住三天這三天都是壞的沒人處理，第一次給全季差評🙃
