We chose this hotel based on good review and we were not disappointed! The hotel provides free pick up and drop off at Huashan Railway station. Also free drop off and pick up at the Huashan scenic areas entrance which makes it really convenient. Free hand gloves are provided for the Huashan climb which is very much appreciated. The hotel boss also helped us to purchase Huashan entrance rickets and cable car tickets when we had problem doing it ourself. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves delicious local dishes at reasonable price. We were happy to have all our meals there during our 2 night stay. Hotel room and bed is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

First of all, I'm not asking for help. Because I couldn't catch the high-speed train, the hotel agreed to postpone my check-in for one day. I also called many times to find out the pick-up time. The hotel is near the tourist center, a few minutes' drive away. The room is clean and safe. Breakfast is 15 yuan, which is included in the scenic area. The price is reasonable, takeaways can also be delivered, and the service attitude is very good. The girl drives very steadily and enthusiastically. She also helps with luggage when going up and down. It’s really embarrassing. She also delivers to the entrance of the scenic spot, picks her up when she comes back, and also delivers to the train station. I wanted to go to Xiyue Temple, but the little girl even delivered it to the door. Our hotel industry should learn from them. This is the hotel with the most considerate service during my trip! 房間整潔明亮，洗漱用品齊全，裝修簡約時尚，頂樓曬台可以喝茶賞花觀山，院子裏面的花花草草都是老闆娘用心挑選的，四層的樓外牆皆有凌霄花、薔薇，還有爬山虎環繞着想來客棧的名由此而來，前台除了有爬山裝備可挑選還有不少關於華山的景點介紹的書刊可借閲，感謝老闆特地到汽車站接路上還介紹周邊環境，客棧離玉泉院也近，很愉快的一次入住

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The boss was very nice. He picked us up from the airport and sent us to the entrance of Huashan very early in the morning. The equipment was clean and sanitary, and he was very considerate in giving us hiking gloves. If there is a chance in the future, I will stay at his house again. You can tell it tastes good just by looking at the noodles, and it’s only 15 yuan

We passed from Xi'an, the next day, the west and west, walking distance from the scenic spot, very convenient. The owner runs this homestay very carefully, asks us in advance what time we will arrive, and turns on the air conditioner for us in advance. The child feels cool as soon as he enters the house. This is very good. The homestay is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast for the next day is also presented. The potato shreds are delicious and the food is clean and delicious.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. This is the first time I seriously evaluate a hotel!!! I didn't get a double bed room, so I booked a twin bed. There is a stadium outside the window, with a good view. The whole house is smart, which makes me suspect that the boss is a second-generation entrepreneur. Although I don't like smart curtains, the boss's service is also very good. If there is a problem with the kettle, he will immediately replace it with a new one and send two bottles of water. It's the first time I enjoy the trea**ent of a beautiful woman driving an Audi to pick me up at the station. The next day, I decided to go hiking. Another guy drove to the tourist center and parked on the side of the road to wait for me to buy breakfast. Seeing that I bought dry food, he reminded me to buy some soy milk or something. I am so grateful, so I bought a cup to thank him haha. The hotel can buy tickets on behalf of others, but they just put a sign there, not pushing it hard, very friendly and comfortable. On the way to the tourist center, they also reminded me of other precautions. A happy, satisfactory and lucky stay experience! !! The hygiene is clean and tidy, the service is in place, and it is close to the tourist center and the city. Everything is great! I wish the boss a prosperous business, keep it up, and I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

This time I came out on a whim, just to take the children out and stay away from mobile phones, so I left in a hurry. I didn't make a guide to Huashan, thinking that everything would be fine if I bought a cable car ticket. I found out on the train that I had to buy tickets, but the tickets on the official website were sold out. I had to embark on the journey, and my wife encouraged me to say that it was okay, as long as I came out, it didn't matter where I went, I would try my luck, and I was a little calmer. I kept swiping tickets on the train, but to no avail. So I put my hope on the god of luck. When I checked in at our protagonist hotel, I told my situation to our front desk staff. She immediately left my mobile phone number and said she would help me contact her, which was very comforting. Because May Day was too hot, I made many calls, but to no avail. So they gave me some advice. During this process, there were two other people who were traveling by car but didn't have tickets. Thanks to the help of the hotel staff, they bought tickets for the night climb and asked me if I was interested. They could help me introduce them to take a ride with them. Although I felt it was not appropriate, I gradually calmed down my self-blame and regret. Even if I didn't climb Huashan, I thought it was worth it to meet such enthusiastic service. Fortunately, with my continuous efforts to swipe tickets, the god of luck really came. I actually missed two tickets for the next morning. I was so lucky. But the problem came again. The child's ticket was not bought, so I sought help from the service staff again. This time I was lucky to meet the boss's wife again. I called an acquaintance in the scenic area directly and told them about our situation. As a result, it met the special ticket type and I just needed to go to the ticket office to make up the ticket. Happy 😁, the ticket problem was finally solved. The rest is what the hotel is good at, enthusiastic service. 1. Help us make a car according to our itinerary. 2. The hotel's food is delicious and suits my taste. 3. Many people in the hotel get up early to go up the mountain, and they also moved up the breakfast time. 4. The more considerate service is that when we came back from the mountain, the itinerary changed, and it was raining, so we had to check out and catch the bus. The hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff this time. So if you want to have a comfortable and quiet trip, I recommend you to come to this hotel.
