Although it is close to the volcano, the facilities are outdated.
Breakfast was acceptable.

該酒店刮星和實際情況不匹配，雖然是四星但是很多地方都不匹配。第二天入住希岸酒店環境和室內設施都比較好，設施都配備的比較齊全。華鑫國際酒店給出以下建議1、儘快維修門鎖，門鎖出現問題不好開關。已和工作人員確認是有問題的。2、儘快安排人員檢查該房間供電線路，供電和斷電時有異響，線路老化或者線路接觸不良。3、工作人員處理問題不夠妥善，這個只是我在一旁看到的問題，就是可能培訓不夠到位，處理問題不夠靈機應變。

空調開了又很吵，影響睡覺，關了空調又熱的睡不着覺。窗户衹能開一點點，枕套有一股汗味，估計是沒有更換。衹能是站在淋浴頭下洗澡，花灑是固定的。衞生間密封性不好，容易有味竄出來。
