温泉值得點贊，房間也挺乾淨，就是早餐一言難盡，總體來説，還是值得再去的。温泉水熱氣騰騰，早上看到工作人員在給池子裏重新換新的温泉水。

是我這些年住過的最舊的酒店，餐廳的飯特別難吃，鹹的好像他家是賣鹽的……
但是孩子説他住過的諸多温泉酒店這家排第一，因為温泉最多，玩的也多，晚上的燈光很美。
早上離開酒店時看到工作人員正在刷温泉池，換新水，很乾凈。
酒店工作人員很熱情，
酒店整個環境不錯，吃了飯逛起來也挺美的。
所以下次還會來，不過會自己帶上吃的，哈哈哈。

度假村環境很好，綠植很多，賞心悦目～房間看起來不是很新，畢竟也開了好些年了，燈光有點暗～早餐時間有點短，不適合睡懶覺的人～但是所有的問題都可以因為服務員的態度而忽略，尤其温泉裏的服務員，特別熱情，簡直就是温泉中的海底撈，值得再去～

總體來説酒店的服務什麼的還是很不錯的 服務員很有禮貌 但是酒店房間真的太熱了 熱的睡不着覺 另外酒店床頭的充電設備不能用 其他服務特別好 就是房間設施改進一下就更完美了

原本訂了華山遊客中心的酒店，聽神州專車的師傅説這裏不錯，看看價格也合適就改了。偶然的機會卻得到意外的驚喜！服務：99分！99%的服務人員都非常禮貌，不是那種模板式的禮貌，而是真誠的問候。温泉：池子多，功能不同，關鍵又是服務好！隨便進入池子，就會有人問候，幫忙放浴巾、送水，提醒地滑、小心出水口！唯一希望酒店改進的就是餐廳多滅蠅。飯菜味道不錯，就是看着這些蒼蠅反感！當然，也説明周邊生態環境好！原本登山完畢是到西安的，孩子説還住這個酒店，我們又來了！

服務很到位，提前預約對我們很照顧，服務態度也非常好，温泉A品種特別多，還有石板浴，因為是户外，空氣質量就很好，每個湯離的很近，不會涼，估計有各種噴泉浴，真的是很不錯，還有休息廳，小零食，奶茶等5種飲品，就是休息廳隔音效果不好，人説話有些吵，其他都挺不錯，可以點餐，大廚水平高，味道不錯，泡温泉浴巾隨便換，就不冷，消毒很到位，總體説不錯不錯

房間用品時間長了陳舊，室內燈光較暗，服務員見面打招呯熱情，但提出需求口頭簽應好，也許人多，回頭就沒下文！！
酒店離縣城較遠，餐廳需要提供豐盛點的服務！沒別的吃飯選擇，建議泡温泉的帶好泳衣，現場買實在宰人！

全五星好評，房間雖舊，但格局很好，衞生也好。親眼看到晚上温泉水放幹後打掃，早晨放新水，水也一直在循環，娃去海泉灣和九龍山温泉腿上都起籽籽，這水不起。水很鹹，真正地下抽上來的温泉水，礦物質含量高。第二天衹能玩到1點，有點遺憾
