給客人定的房間，送客人去酒店，房間隔音非常差，出電梯就聽到了別的房間的聲音，進去也一股子味道，還沒有看到水，一般酒店都會有水，下去找前台要水，前台態度也非常不好，説是我們酒店本來沒有水，要水的話要出錢，酒店三塊，嫌貴可以去外面買，第二天一大早退房，出去吃早餐，還沒有走多遠接到酒店電話，説我家客人拿了他們酒店保安的東西，因為沒有在一輛車上，以為真的拿了他們東西，還非常抱歉，説吃完早餐給他送回去，後面一問，根本沒有拿，他們酒店自己搞錯了，給那個時間段的好多客人都打了電話，我真的是謝謝他們了，花錢住酒店還被冤枉拿了他們的東西，也不查監控確定就亂給酒店顧客打電話，體驗感極差。
