Later, when I came in the evening, I found out that the room was not cleaned properly and it took about 20 minutes. The hotel repeatedly emphasized to me that I said I would come at 9 o'clock. I just wanted to say that when I come is my business, and it is not the reason why you haven't cleaned it well. 2. The water in the bath at night was warm. I discovered it when I was taking a shower. I called customer service and asked them to solve it. She said that the water in other rooms was hot. I was speechless. After taking a bath, I found that there was no comb when I came out and called again. Call customer service to deliver it. 3. What makes me most intolerable and the reason why I want to leave a negative review is that at twelve o'clock in the night, there are four or five mosquitoes. Because I returned to Wuhan at 5pm, I told the hotel one day in advance that checkout would be delayed. 環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，前台接待很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富。設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好，窗外風景好。退房時前台還貼心贈送了小禮品，性價比不錯，下次還要來入住！

酒店真心好，以後我來我就衹住這裏：從前台服務、早餐服務，到家裡麪的設施都非常滿意，前台小妹妹熱情周到，看我帶着孩子，給我調成了標間，早餐大姐看孩子愛吃我的牛肉粉又為我做了一碗，走時老闆還送了一份伴手禮。房間裏智能化，全程小愛成了孩子的玩伴。這是我們黃石站的最後一站，也是睡得最舒服的一晚。
