接待員徐青蘭效率高服務態度很好。酒店性價比拔羣，房間很大很乾凈，整體裝修也柔和不辣眼，衞浴都是科勒的，服務也OK，早餐那個澆麪和餛飩的臊子很香。

酒店設施像八幾年的，很久沒住過這樣糟糕的小旅館了，都不如大車店，服務更是差勁，位置在郊區，不提供酒水飲料，叫外賣不讓送上樓，機器人不讓用，累一天了，還得自己跑下去取，值班經理態度十分不友好，一副愛住不住，我就這樣的意思，一個專門接待團隊的破旅店，大家千萬不要上當了

非常棒的酒店，歐式風格，高端大氣。停車很方便，地上、地下均有停車位，酒店服務很好，即使春節，人員也很充足，沒有快速的辦理了入住，小姐姐貼心的給了份旅遊介紹手冊。房間的設施真的很棒，妥妥五星的配置，房間很大，床品也不錯，衞生乾淨。衹是洗浴用品一般。
總體就是性價比高，物超所值，下次來還是會選擇住在這裏！

一、沒熱水沒空調
二、排隊登記兩小時
三、前台總機無視來電
四、服務態度極其惡劣
五、大廳走道所有公共空間不開空調
罪加一條：半夜三更敲門修空調影響休息
提醒朋友：不建議光臨這家！

酒店位置偏僻，方圓一兩公里沒有什麼商業設施，更不要説吃飯的地方了；設施設備相對陳舊，房間部分物件老化影響使用；鐵軌就在旁邊，夜裡火車鳴笛影響睡眠；早餐食材較為普通，但價格不菲；服務人員人手緊張，電話經常無人接聽。

Our hotel is 12 kilometers away from the north station of huangshan high-speed railway station, about 10 minutes by car. 20 kilometers from the airport, about 30 minutes by car. Complete on-site facilities and comprehensive services are offered for guests' convenience.
This Huangshan hotel houses a fashionably designed dining hall, 15 private dining rooms and a 24-hour cafe featuring a la carte, Mediterranean and South-east Asian buffet meals.
A large sized pillarless banquet hall covering a total area of 1,220 sq m (13,313 sq ft) is offered for large-scale conferences, cocktail parties or other gatherings. Two zones or 6 small meeting rooms can be divided from the 420 sq m (4,520 sq ft) multifunction hall.
