Xiaochao, I had a great time at the Chatel Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was well-decorated and comfortable.

Lin Feng Xian Yi is good. Also the location of hotel is really good and near by Nanjing road. Recommend this hotel is the best place to stay. 😊

Although the price not cheap but the room environment not bad. Clean and cab view nanjing lu from the room. Receptionist nice but not convenience for baby stroller and wheelchair as the lobby at lvl 5.

Lin Feng and his colleagues have been really helpful and friendly. The room is clean and spacious (booked room with window). Location is very close to Nanjing road, a lot of eateries around this area.

The location is good for shopping at the nearby walking street with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room we get is very comfortable because it is a bigger room at the corner with windows. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryers. However, the common areas are shared with another hotel on the same building hence the washing machines are usually in use, and you may need to wait for your turn.

Would give this hotel absolute top score - 10/10. It is within 100yds or so of Nanjing Street, the thriving heart of Shanghai and the flashy shopping district. It’s very well designed and excellent value for money. The absolutely biggest selling point is the free washing machine (x4) and dryers (x4) in the laundry room - essential for travellers like me who have been on the road a while.
