MM2gl5gbpb****Hotel location is very good to find, navigation can be found, parking lot is large and free, there are snacks around to sell clothes, the overall is very good, the environment is very good, the service is warm, the breakfast variety is varied, like to eat three fresh beef noodles, the taste is very good. Staying with the baby family, the double bed is large, completely enough to sleep, it is recommended.

Despite arriving late after a challenging bike ride through rain and wind, I was greeted with warmth and generosity. Even though the restaurant was closed, the General Manager went above and beyond, treating me to a meal. Such gestures truly make this hotel stand out as a beacon of hospitality and care.

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, lying on it like trapped in the clouds, plus the sound insulation effect is superb, sleeping at night is called a fragrance, the fatigue of the journey disappears instantly.

AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

CChinaBobIt was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.

The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

The facilities are first-class, the smart door lock is convenient and safe, eliminating the trouble of looking for the key; The bathroom equipment is brand new and bright, hot water is available, the water pressure is stable, and the bath is super comfortable. The lighting design in the room is clever, warm and soft and switch with the bright reading mode. The hotel staff also cleaned carefully every day and maintained this cleanliness. I really recommend it to every traveler who comes to Huangmei. Stay here and the journey is more comfortable!
