酒店和會展中心在同一座建築內，導航把我導到了會展中心門口，房間不錯，可望到遺愛湖，別的方面基本滿意，衹是洗手間馬桶可能是下水管彎頭密封不好，臭氣明顯。早餐過得去，有現煮的襄陽牛肉麪，不過不好吃。

1.工作人員（從門僮 ，前台到餐廳等）服務態度比較冷漠，多無笑臉，不主動熱情。
2.房間空調暖氣不足（號稱行政豪華房），剛進房間時非常冷，需要開數小時才能提升一點，請工作人員來工作晚上就熱了（下午入住的），又拿了一台油酊取暖器（第一次在五星賓館遇到）才使温度稍提高了一點。
整個酒店都比較冷，從大廳到餐廳。不知是否可能是年久失修？
3.廁所裏有臭味。
4.特別需要吐槽的是早餐，在酒店住兩晚，第一天早餐品種少，餐食多是涼的。第二天來了個團入住，品種稍微豐富了點。餐廳服務員收拾餐桌時，不擦餐桌把桌上殘渣直接扔到地上。早餐還不如三星酒店，
4.總體感覺酒店服務，設備，工作人員態度和積極性不好，操作不規範。與五星級酒店檔次不匹配。

是來跑黃岡馬拉松的，酒店離健康跑終點很近，步行5分鐘就可以到，酒店環境也很好，達到到準五星的標準。另外值得一提的是，前台汪經理的服務很好，房卡弄掉了也幫我們解決了，服務很規範也很人性化。
