差評，1，隔音，8888給的房間空調管道聲音，房間都沒有使用空調，上來房間看過後回覆管道聲音，誰家房間裏睡覺會有管道聲音，能睡的着？衞生間都能聽見，不確定樓上還是左右放水的聲音，2-差評給的是酒店方的早餐，接近600的房價，要不就，不要送早餐，要做早餐就不要糊弄人，你的早餐確定好嗎？煮個雞蛋，下個麪條，燙個不熟的生土豆絲，放一點辣椒油？炒個香腸素菜？果珍沖一下？賓館管理層其實處處可以看見的用心，電梯裏有值班經理電話，房間有投訴名片，和聯繫方式，電梯處都放置消毒液，但是，是不是要抓，應該抓的細節，不是表面

第一晚就看到浴室的地上有很多頭髮，感覺挺不好的，後來越想越覺得是不是被子枕頭也不給換。因為大雪又續住了一晚，早晨的沙拉里孩子吃了一嘴泥，青菜都洗不乾淨，真實評價，其他都還可以

我們此次行程經過黃岡入住怡程酒店（萬達廣場市博物館店，進門就迂到了該店店長的熱情問候。晚上出去吃飯結果車門忘了關，店長又打電話給我們並且親自呆在車旁給我們看車，第二天遊花海我們估計時間不足，錯過了退房時間，我打電話給店長，店長無條件的給我們保留了房間。對於這種無微不至的服務，在此深表感謝！！！。下次來黃岡還會入住的。

房間很乾凈，面積很大，服務態度特別好，廁所和浴室玻璃是透明的。
可以在攜程上面延遲到下午2點退房，還是很不錯的。

酒店位置很好找，離萬達挺近，酒店前台接待熱情禮貌，服務周到，房間乾淨整潔。還有商務打印區，剛好要打印一份資料，好方便，必須贊👍🏻細節做得特別好，開房時看到有帶小孩為小孩特意備的小童拖鞋及洗漱用品必須值得五星好評👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻下次還會來
