Hotels near Zhuilu Old Road, Hualien

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

We took Puyuma Express from Taipei to Hualien in about 2 hours and 15 minutes. We walked from Hualien train station to Hotel Day+ Hualien in less than 10 minutes. The hotel is opposite to the Hualien bus station. We took the 310 bus to Taroko National Park. The lobby is nice. The check-in time was 3:00 pm. The officer said that our breakfast time was 7:40. We found out that we could go earlier. The breakfast was excellent. The room was good. The staff were friendly and helpful

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

The location is great. It's very convenient to go everywhere. It's close to Zhongzheng Road. It's very convenient to eat, take a walk and buy famous products. The counter service is very enthusiastic. If we need extra pillows, they will be provided quickly. If we have any problems with the order, we will be patient to help. There are many places to sit in the lobby, and free coffee is provided. You can have afternoon tea leisurely and bring your own snacks. Breakfast is also good, including porridge, bread and vegetarian food The booking price is affordable, there is a good breakfast and service, and the room is large enough and clean. It is very suitable for us who have a limited budget and want to take a vacation.

I just met cleaning when I went out, and I peeked at each actual room type. Overall, each space is enough and comfortable. Make an environmentally friendly hotel, but the same general hotel will organize it every day to promote passengers to reduce waste. The cleanliness is very good, and the hot water is enough to relax in an instant. Breakfast buffet, food is not bad, many halal food.

The only drawback of the room layout is that the toilet is next to the bed, next to The air outlet was so loud that we had to turn off the power and sleep There is no smoke smell in the room, which is worthy of praise Rich and varied breakfast, ample dining time

Location is good, but only provided one soft pillow which is hard to lie on. Soundproofing could be better, can hear kids screaming in alleyway at night time.

The location is convenient, next to the night market, there are supermarkets and bars nearby It's great just for staying overnight. There is free instant noodles in the lobby on the first floor, so you don’t have to worry if you’re hungry and don’t want to go out. The equipment is too simple, one table and two chairs, the lighting design of the room is too dark and not very comfortable The price is very affordable on weekdays and highly recommended, but on holidays the equipment is worth the price.

The room is not only beautifully furnished, but also very clean and comfortable. The family room is quite large, and many details have been noticed! The scenery is very beautiful, with mountain view + sea view, and the infinity swimming pool is super beautiful! Whether it is the comfort or the beautiful scenery, it is exactly the same as the photos. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience and the service is also very good. It is really worth recommending!
