房間寬敞明亮舒適，衞生乾淨，性價比很高。洗浴用品及一次性用品品質都不錯。影音的效果很好。房間內的小度也非常好用。

三個很大的扣分點
一個是投影儀完全是壞的，視角還調不了，上面鬆動。這個算小問題
第二是床單被芯是臟的。
最難受最讓我想扣分的點在於：大廳明明寫了禁煙標識，到處都是禁煙標識，結果大廳裏抽煙不説，我每次坐電梯，要麼就是有殘留的煙味，要麼就是有人一同搭乘電梯的時候抽煙，平時在房間裏走廊也有很重的煙味能傳進來，這我真的很忍不了。身體不好聞到煙味是真的想吐，完全不管的，這點感覺真的非常非常差，短時間內不會因此而再想來第二次，希望能儘快整改。

前台服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，交通便利方便，樓下就是便利店，購物方便，旁邊有很多美食，完全不用擔心找不到吃

第1次入住這家酒店，整體驗還可以，前台小姐姐説話很温柔，但是我住的這個房間放熱水要放10多分鐘才有熱水，房間的窗簾有一頁掛反了，地板有些地方鼓包了，房間的門反鎖是壞的，反鎖不了，其餘的都還行，門打開可以看到懷化學院的體育場，窗户後面也是沒有商業街，但是睡一晚上，還是被吵醒了，但是房間寬敞，而且酒店裝修簡單時尚，早上去餐廳吃飯，酒店的餐廳真的十分小，但是五臟俱全，還是什麼都有
